Dear colleagues in the veterinary community, thank you for your interest in this study on neoplastic skin diseases in horses. As you well know equine sarcoid is a common problem in horses and other equids across the world, and despite all progress often challenging to treat or manage. The goal of this study is to get a better, data driven overview of the prevalences and current treatment practices for equine sarcoids and other neoplastic skin diseases across Greece. This data can help us to improve our understanding of transmission dynamics and inform management strategies to improve outcomes for horse and their humans.
